Step One:

Rollover a product image and click on the Shop Now button. Select your desired size or form as relevant and then click "Add to bag".

Step Two:

When you have finished selecting products for purchase, click the shopping bag icon found on any page or click the Checkout button that will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart.

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to “View Bag” and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

Step Three: 

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process and submit your order.

An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent shortly after your order is submitted. 

If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please whatsapp or Contact Us. For fastest service, please have your order number available.

If you would like to change or cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by email orders@wonderbabies.com.hk or whatsapp 9xxxxxxx. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processed, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We accept the following payment methods: 

Visa, MasterCard, FPS and payme

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Yes! However, there may be some items that we cannot ship to you internationally due to customs or other issues, so please contact us before placing your order on wonderbabies.com.hk.

Shipping within Hong Kong typically takes 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. International shipping normally takes between 7-14 working days, though customs and courier delays are normal.

We do offer free local shipping on orders above HK$490 or by using Wonder Babies loyalty points with no minimums. Or otherwise, HK$50 shipping cost will be incurred on orders below HK$490.

You should receive notification from us if they have missed you during the initial delivery attempt, either by SMS, email or physical notice.

WONDER BABIES strives to ensure the items are in excellent quality and conditions, however, products may be damaged during the delivery. Therefore, we will offer return and exchange only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

Please reach our customer service team at orders@wonderbabies.com.hk or whatsapp and state out your return request with your order number and photo of the return product.

Please kindly find the Return and Exchange policy below:

• Items must be returned within 14 days.

• Items must not be opened or used.

• Items must have all its original packaging and should not be damaged or miss any parts (exclude damaged products)

• Free gift products and samples cannot be returned. 

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
