Return & Exchange 貨品退換

WONDER BABIES 配送前一再覆檢，確保產品品質良好，但送貨期間或會出現產品變質或損毀的情況。如您收到毀壞或不符的產品，我們會安排退貨及退換服務。我們會以您原來的送貨方式，安排再次運貨，絕不加收任何運費。如您已退還毀壞或不符的產品，我們會退回因此而產生的額外運費。如該產品已售罄，我們會以您原來的付款方式，作出全數退款。

 

請查閱以下貨品退換條款：

•有關產品必須在 14天內退還。
•有關產品必須未被開封或使用。
•有關產品必須保持完好包裝且完整無缺(損毀產品除外)。
• 任何贈品及試用品恕不接受退貨及退換服務。
•貨運和手續費不予退還。我們有權拒收以運費到付方式送達的包裹(COD)，或從您的退貨款中扣除運費到付金額。

WONDER BABIES strives to ensure the items are in excellent quality and conditions, however, products may be damaged during the delivery. Therefore, we will offer return and exchange only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In this case, we will re-send you the product in the same type of shipping method you originally chose for that purchase without extra delivery charge. If you send us the damaged or incorrect product, we will return you the shipping fee. If the product is sold out, we will refund you the price of the product in the same form of payment you originally used for that transaction.

 

Please kindly find the Return and Exchange policy below:

• Items must be returned within 14 days.
• Items must not be opened or used.
• Items must have all its original packaging and should not be damaged or miss any parts (exclude damaged products)
• Free gift products and samples cannot be returned.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive Cash on Delivery (COD) may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
